Neil's skydiving journey began within the Royal Air Force, stationed at RAF Brize Norton, where he served as a Parachute Jumping Instructor. His tenure in the military provided him with invaluable skills and experiences, laying the foundation for his future endeavors in the skydiving world.

Upon relocating to America, Neil transitioned into the civilian sector, bringing with him the expertise and adaptability cultivated during his time in the military. He quickly integrated into the skydiving community, lending his talents to renowned dropzones such as Skydive Perris, GoJump Oceanside, and Skydive Elsinore as an instructor.

Eager to expand his repertoire, Neil embarked on a new challenge as an IBA Tunnel Instructor, enriching his skill set and contributing to the world of indoor skydiving at iFly SF Bay.

Driven by a relentless pursuit of excellence, Neil diligently worked to achieve examiner ratings across all methods, establishing himself as a trusted authority in the field. His dedication to safety and proficiency led him to attain his FAA Master Rigger rating, further solidifying his standing within the skydiving community.

Continuing his upward trajectory, Neil received his ERC Course Director appointment, a testament to his leadership and expertise in the industry. Today, he channels his passion for skydiving into his role in Research & Development, where he remains at the forefront of innovation and advancement within the sport.
